Registration, calendars and cancellations.
- How do I register for a Pinevon event?Open the event page and use the Register form when registration is open. You will get a confirmation email with calendar links.
- What does Notify me on an event mean?It means the event is planned but has no date yet. Leave your email and we tell you once when registration opens. It does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
- How do I cancel my event registration?Use the cancel link in your confirmation or reminder email. It needs one click to confirm.
- How do I add an event to my calendar?Use the Google Calendar, Outlook or .ics links on the event page or in your email.
- Where do I find the join link for a virtual event?It is emailed to registered attendees. It is not shown publicly.
- Why do some events have no date?They are planned or recurring concepts. We only show dates, speakers and registration once they are real.
- Will registering for an event subscribe me to the newsletter?No. Registering sends event emails only. The newsletter is a separate, optional checkbox that starts a confirmation step.
- What if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?Registered attendees are emailed with the change and, for a cancellation, your place is released. You can cancel your own registration at any time.
