Report an issue

Two different routes, so each report reaches the right people.

A product or support problem

Something does not work, an answer was wrong, a page is broken, or you need help with your account.

  • Search Support first.
  • Then use the contact form (choose Bug or Support) or email support@pinevon.com.

A security vulnerability

A flaw that could expose data, bypass access controls or let someone act as another user. Please report it privately, not in public and not through support.

  • Email security@pinevon.com.
  • Include what you found, where, how to reproduce it and the impact you believe it has.
  • Do not include real customer data; a minimal proof is enough.
  • Give us reasonable time to fix it before any disclosure.

What to expect from a security report

  • We aim to confirm receipt promptly.
  • We aim to assess the report soon after that.
  • Updates while we work on a fix, and credit if you want it.

Full terms, scope and good-faith protections are in the Security Disclosure Policy. These are goals, not guarantees or a service-level commitment. We do not currently run a paid bounty programme.
