Pinevon builds Anchor, an operating system that grounds AI in a business's real catalog, orders and conversations instead of guessing. The standards are unusually strict: tenant isolation, honest answers, and humans in control of anything that matters.
That makes it a good place to do careful, useful work, and a poor place to hide behind hype.

Useful intelligence
Technology should solve a real operational problem. If a feature does not save time, prevent an error or improve a decision, it does not ship.

Powerful systems should not demand complicated setup. A small business should reach a first useful answer in an afternoon, not a quarter.

Security, privacy and honest communication are product requirements. We say what we do, what we do not do, and what we have not verified.

FAQ
Straight answers
Are there open roles right now?
Only the openings listed under Open opportunities are open. If that section is empty, nothing is open at the moment, and the areas below show where we would welcome a conversation.
What about pay?
Compensation is discussed based on role, experience and working arrangement. We do not publish figures or benefits we cannot stand behind.
Will I hear back?
A person reads every application. We cannot promise a reply or a timeline, and we will not send you a generic rejection to look busy.
Do I need a resume?
No. A resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 2.5 MB) helps, but a good note and a link to work you are proud of is enough.
Where do you work from?
Pinevon is based in Bangladesh and works remote-friendly. Each opening states its own location and working mode.
What happens to my data?
