Pinevon builds products that connect the information a business already has (catalog, orders, customers and conversations) and put helpful AI on top of it.
We start from a simple rule: the AI may only answer from what the business actually knows. When the data does not support an answer, it says so and brings in a person.

The problem we care about
Small and mid-sized businesses keep stock in one place, customers in another, quotes in a third. Finding an answer takes a person, and every hand-off is a chance for an error.
Why AI matters here
Language models can read a plain-language question and reach across all of it. The work that matters is making them answer only from real data, and keeping people in control.
What we are building
GorZesk: the AI Business Operating System.
GorZesk is available today as a web app. It combines a product catalog, inventory, quotations and orders with two grounded assistants: one for customers, one for the owner.

Useful intelligence
Technology should solve a real operational problem. If a feature does not save time, prevent an error or improve a decision, it does not ship.
Simplicity
Powerful systems should not demand complicated setup. A small business should reach a first useful answer in an afternoon, not a quarter.
Trust
Security, privacy and honest communication are product requirements. We say what we do, what we do not do, and what we have not verified.
Connected systems
Business information is more valuable when catalog, orders, customers and conversations share one source of truth instead of living in separate tools.
Human control
AI should assist people and businesses, not silently take irreversible actions. Suggestions wait for approval; questions the records cannot answer are handed to a person.
Long-term building
We would rather build one product deeply than announce many. Durable customer value beats feature noise.
