  3. 3Step 3: Assign itA teammate can take a conversation; owners and admins can reassign it.
  4. 4Step 4: ReplyYour reply is delivered to the customer on their channel, with a delivery state and a limited number of retries if the channel fails.

What you need, and who can use it

What you need
  • The widget installed or a channel connected.
  • Teammates invited from Settings > Team if you work as a team.
Plans
Every plan. Team members: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth, unlimited on Business, by contract on Enterprise. Compare plans
Who can use it
Owner, admin and staff. Only the owner can invite an admin. Invitations are single-use and expire after 7 days.

Limits

What it does not do

  • Replies on Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram depend on your own provider accounts and their rules.
  • There is no phone or voice calling.
  • Hand-off alerts are in-app notifications in Anchor.
