Anchor capability
Channels
Customers ask where they already are. Anchor meets them on your website and on the messaging channels you connect with your own accounts.
Why it matters
The problem it solves
- Customers message on whatever app suits them, and each app is another inbox.
How it works in Anchor
Step by step
- Step 1: Install the website widgetBrand it (name, welcome message, colour, position) and paste one script tag. Anchor detects the install when it first loads on a live page.
- Step 2: Connect a channelEnter the IDs and access token from your own provider account under Channels.
- Step 3: Answer everywhereThe same grounded assistant answers on each channel, and conversations land in the shared inbox.

Before you start
What you need, and who can use it
- What you need
- Your own provider accounts for any channel beyond the website. Anchor cannot create or verify them for you.
- Plans
- Free: the website widget and WhatsApp. The trial and every paid plan: all channels. Compare plans
- Who can use it
- Owners and admins connect and disconnect channels.
Limits
What it does not do
- Only the website widget is in real use today; the other connectors work once you connect your own account and have not yet been proven with customers.
- Meta platforms require their own app review and business verification.
- Provider names are shown to describe connections; they do not imply a partnership or certification.
