- Factual answers are retrieved from your catalog and order history first, then phrased by the model. The model is not asked to remember your prices.
- If retrieval does not support a confident answer, the assistant says it does not know and offers a human handoff.
- AI models are swappable underneath a single internal interface, so no single vendor is baked into the product.
- Actions with consequences are proposals. A person approves them; the AI never acts alone.
- Anchor does not claim to replace your judgment. It removes the digging.
