How it works in Anchor
Step by step
- Step 1: Sign in with your Pinevon accountThe same account for Pinevon and Anchor, with two-factor authentication, passkeys and session control.
- Step 2: Roles are checked on the serverOwner, admin and staff. Changes need an owner or admin; only the owner can invite an admin.
- Step 3: Businesses are kept apartEvery request is checked for membership of the business it touches, so another business cannot see your data.
- Step 4: Inputs are checkedChannel and billing webhooks are verified by signature, and uploads are checked on size, declared type and real contents.

Limits
What it does not do
- Pinevon and Anchor do not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or PCI certification and do not claim to.
- If you close your business account, its data is deleted within 30 days, except billing records the law requires us to keep.
- AI providers process only what is needed to answer; they are listed in the Subprocessors document.
