Everything Anchor says comes from your catalog, so it is built to be easy to fill and keep accurate: add products one by one or import a spreadsheet, then keep stock current.

How it works in Anchor
Step by step
- Step 1: Add or import productsAdd products in Catalog, or import a CSV (UTF-8) or Excel .xlsx file of up to 5,000 rows, with a preview before anything is saved.
- Step 2: Describe them wellName, price, SKU, category, description, photos, cost and attributes such as colour or socket type.
- Step 3: Add variantsSizes, colours or options, each with its own SKU, price (or the product price) and stock.
- Step 4: Track stockSet stock and a low-stock threshold. Recorded sales and accepted quotes reduce stock, and every movement is kept in the product history.
- Step 5: Define compatibilityRules such as "CPU socket must equal motherboard socket" let Anchor check a pair of products deterministically.

- A list of what you sell. A spreadsheet with name and price columns is enough to start.

- Product limits: 30 on Free, 200 on Starter, 2,000 on Growth, no limit on Business and Enterprise. Compare plans
- Who can use it
- Owners and admins add and change products; staff can view them.
Limits
What it does not do
- Anchor holds its own inventory. It does not sync with other stock systems; import changes instead.
- There are no warehouses, locations or purchasing: approving a restock suggestion does not order stock.
- Rows whose SKU already exists are skipped on import, so an import never overwrites a product.
- Deleting a product cannot be undone; mark it inactive to hide it instead.
