A quote request that goes quiet is a lost sale. Anchor keeps every quote and order in one list, priced from your catalog, with stock that follows the orders.

How it works in Anchor
Step by step
- Step 1: A customer asks for a quoteIn the chat. The quote copies your catalog prices at that moment and waits as pending.
- Step 2: You decideAccept it to create the order, or reject it. Quotes can also expire.
- Step 3: Stock followsAccepting a quote creates the order and reduces tracked stock.
- Step 4: Record in-person salesRecord a sale for a walk-in, existing or new customer, with its date, payment status and method noted. A double click never records it twice.
- Step 5: Bring in historyImport past orders from CSV or Excel so analytics start with real data.

- Anchor never takes a payment. Payment status is what you record.
- There is no shipping or fulfilment integration.
- Quotes start from a customer request in chat; there is no manual quote builder in the dashboard.
- A sale cannot be recorded with a future date.
