Bring products into Anchor from a CSV or Excel file, with a preview first.

Overview

Import many products at once from a CSV (UTF-8) or Excel .xlsx file. Anchor previews the rows and explains every row that needs attention before anything is saved.

How to set it up

  1. Open Products in Anchor and choose Import Catalog.
  2. Pick your file and choose Preview.
  3. Fix any flagged rows in the file and preview again.
  4. Choose Import.

Limitations

  • Products with a SKU that already exists are skipped and listed.

Availability
Part of Anchor. Plan limits on the number of products apply.
Requirements
  • A spreadsheet with at least name and price columns.
  • Up to 5,000 rows per import. Older .xls files are not supported.
Data access
  • Imported products are stored in your Anchor business.
