Overview

Besides the website widget, Anchor can connect messaging channels so customer conversations arrive in one inbox. Which channels you can connect depends on your plan.

How to set it up

  1. Open Channels in Anchor.
  2. Choose a channel your plan includes and follow its connection steps.
  3. Send a test message and check it appears in Conversations.

Limitations

  • Connecting depends on the provider account and approval, which Pinevon cannot speed up.

Availability
Part of Anchor. Each channel depends on your plan and on the provider account you connect; some need approval from the provider first.
Requirements
  • An Anchor business.
  • Your own account with the channel provider (for example a Meta business account for Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram).
Data access
  • Messages from connected channels are stored as conversations in your Anchor business.
  • The provider’s own terms apply to messages on their service.
