Overview

The widget puts Anchor’s customer assistant on a website you already have. It answers from your catalog and hands conversations to your team in Anchor.

How to set it up

  1. In Anchor, open the widget step of onboarding or Business Website.
  2. Brand the widget.
  3. Copy the install snippet into your website.
  4. Check that Anchor shows the widget as installed.

Limitations

  • The assistant only knows what is in your catalog.
