Short answer
After you create your business in Anchor, Anchor offers your first month free: every feature at Pro limits, with no card. The month starts when you press "Start my free month" and ends on the same date next month. After that, Pro is $25 a month (20% off the first paid month) and Business is $100 a month (30% off the first paid month).
During the free month you can use every channel and every feature, with up to 5 team members, 2,000 products and 4,500 AI replies.
One free month per business and per owner: a second business by the same owner is offered a plan.
If the free month ends without a paid plan, the AI stops answering customers; their messages still reach Conversations and nothing is deleted. Businesses that signed up before 2 October 2026 move to the Free plan they were promised.
