What happens when my free month ends?

Short answer

If you have not chosen Pro or Business, the AI stops answering your customers. Their messages still arrive in Conversations for your team, nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan turns the AI back on.

Adding products or team members beyond the basic limits also waits until you subscribe.

Businesses that signed up before 2 October 2026 move to the Free plan they were promised instead (1 team member, 30 products, 600 AI replies a month, the website widget and WhatsApp).
