This recording follows Anchor’s public demo from start to finish. The shop, its products and every number are made up, and no AI model is called during the demo.
It shows how a customer answer comes from the catalogue with its source, how a compatibility rule decides whether two products fit, what happens when the catalogue has no answer, what the owner’s daily brief contains, and how a sent quote turns into an order.

This is a fictional shop with made-up data. No AI is called and nothing here is a real business.
A customer asks about a product. The answer comes from the catalogue, with its source shown.
Compatibility is decided by a rule the owner defined, not by the AI guessing.
When the catalogue has no answer, Anchor says so and offers the team instead of inventing one.
The owner sees a daily brief. Each item shows the data window behind it.
A sent quote becomes an order only when the owner accepts it.
The order is created and stock drops. In this demo nothing is saved or sent.
