Pro: 5 members, 2,000 products, 4,500 AI replies a month, every channel, automation suggestions. Business: unlimited members and products, 25,000 AI replies, priority support. Custom: volume and terms by contract.
The first-month discounts apply to the first month of a business's first paid plan.
Businesses that signed up before 2 October 2026 keep the Free plan they were promised; it is no longer offered to new businesses.
