Access, privacy and security
Your catalog, customers and conversations belong to your business alone. Here is how access is controlled in GorZesk, and what Pinevon does not claim.
Why it matters
The problem it solves
- Putting customer data into a new tool means trusting how it is protected.
How it works in GorZesk
Step by step

- Step 2: Roles are checked on the serverOwner, admin and staff. Changes need an owner or admin; only the owner can invite an admin.
- Step 3: Businesses are kept apartEvery request is checked for membership of the business it touches, so another business cannot see your data.
- Step 4: Inputs are checkedChannel and billing webhooks are verified by signature, and uploads are checked on size, declared type and real contents.
