Our approach to AI

Overview

The assistant on pinevon.com answers questions about Pinevon and Anchor from Pinevon’s published pages and approved knowledge, and says so when it does not know.

You can type or use voice. Signed-in visitors can choose to let it remember a few preferences; that memory is off unless you turn it on.

How to set it up

  1. Open the assistant from the button at the bottom of any page.
  2. Type a question, or choose Speak with Pinevon to talk.
  3. Optional: sign in and turn on Assistant memory in Settings.

Limitations

  • It cannot see or change your Anchor data or your account.
  • Answers can be wrong; check important facts on the linked pages.

Availability
Available on pinevon.com. No account needed.
Requirements
  • A modern web browser. Voice needs microphone permission, which the assistant asks for first.
Data access
  • Your messages are sent to the AI providers listed in the Subprocessors document to produce an answer.
  • Optional memory (signed-in only) keeps a small number of notes you can view and delete in Settings.
  • Never share passwords or payment details with it; it will not ask for them.
