Overview

GorZesk is Pinevon’s business product for companies that sell from a catalog. It keeps products, stock, customers, quotes, orders and conversations together.

A customer assistant answers product questions from your catalog and hands the conversation to your team when it finds nothing relevant. You can ask plain-language questions about your own sales and stock, and suggested actions wait for your approval.

How to set it up

  1. Sign up or sign in with your Pinevon account.
  2. Open GorZesk and create your business (name, country, currency, language, timezone).
  3. Add products or import them from a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file.
  4. Brand and install the website widget, or connect a channel.
  5. Test the assistant with real customer questions.

Limitations

  • GorZesk does not process payments.
  • It is built for catalog-based businesses, not services, scheduling or project billing.
  • AI answers can be wrong when your records are incomplete or out of date.

Availability
Available now as a web app, with the first month free; Pro is $25 a month and Business $100 a month. See GorZesk’s pricing page.
Requirements
  • A Pinevon account (the same sign-in works for GorZesk).
  • A modern web browser.
  • A website is optional; you can use GorZesk without one.
Data access
  • GorZesk stores the business records you add: products, stock, customers, quotes, orders and conversations.
  • Every request is checked against the business it belongs to; other businesses cannot see your records.
  • AI features send the relevant text to the AI providers listed in the Subprocessors document.
