Delete your data

This applies whether you signed up with a password, Google, GitHub, or Facebook.

Option 1: Delete it yourself (instant)

  1. Sign in at account.pinevon.com
  2. Go to Settings → Danger zone
  3. Click Delete account, then type your email address to confirm

This permanently deletes your Pinevon profile, sign-in credentials, and any linked Google/GitHub/Facebook connection. It cannot be undone. If you still own a business in Anchor, you'll be asked to transfer or delete it there first.

Option 2: Just disconnect Facebook, keep your account

If you only want to remove Facebook's access without deleting your whole account, remove Pinevon from your own Facebook settings instead: Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → find "Pinevon" → Remove. Your Pinevon account stays active; sign in again with your email and password (set one first from Forgot password if you've only ever used Facebook to sign in).

Option 3: Email us

Prefer not to sign in, or something went wrong with Option 1? Email hello@pinevon.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it — we'll confirm once it's done.
