Community guidelines
- Be kind and assume good intent. Disagree with ideas, not people.
- Never post passwords, API keys, customer details or anything private from your business. The team will never ask for them.
- Share what you have tried and what happened. Screenshots help; blur personal data first.
- No selling, spam or unsolicited promotion.
- Security problems go to security@pinevon.com or the report page, not a public channel.
- Each channel’s own terms and moderation apply. Pinevon cannot see or remove posts outside channels it runs.
