1. Isolation by construction
Each business's records are kept separate. Every request is checked against the business it belongs to before any data is returned.
2. Grounded answers
Customer answers come from the business's own catalog and records. When the information isn't there, Anchor says so instead of guessing.
3. Human approval for supported actions
Supported actions that Anchor suggests, such as a follow-up message, wait for an owner's approval before anything is sent.
4. Standard authentication practices
Accounts are protected with modern, industry-standard authentication, and connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS): the same baseline we'd expect from any serious software vendor.

Pinevon & Anchor FAQs
Anchor uses the relevant catalog and business records to answer supported questions. This grounding gives the assistant context about your business instead of relying only on a model's general knowledge. What an answer can draw on depends on the records you have added and the user's permissions. See how Anchor works.
When the available information is not enough, Anchor is designed to say so rather than invent missing details. In customer chat, the conversation can be handed to your team, who follow up when they are available. AI can still make mistakes, so check important information.
Supported actions that Anchor suggests, such as a follow-up message, are shown for your review and run only after you approve them. Check the proposed action and its details before approving. Which actions are available depends on the workflow and your configuration. How we approach responsible AI.
The interface languages available are listed in the language selector. Interface translation does not guarantee the same AI quality in every language. Features, connected channels and payment options can differ by configuration and market, so check the product details or contact us about your requirements.
Create a Pinevon account, set up your business and add your catalog with the supported import options (CSV or Excel .xlsx files). Then configure the features you want to use. The The pricing page shows the current plans: Pro at $25 a month with a 14-day free trial, Business at $100 a month and Custom plans, with their included usage and limits.
